Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a safe and easy technique that uses light tapping on the traditional Acupressure points or "stress points" to release emotional and physical blocks of energy. It is based on the idea that all negative thoughts and feelings are caused by disruptions in the body's energy system. By tapping and tuning into your problem you can change the disruptive energy and the corresponding emotion. Tapping on these points neutralizes the negative emotions at the core of the issue.
